About Trial Eligibility

Last updated

Trial Eligibility is an independent directory that helps people find clinical trials recruiting close to home. We organize public study records from ClinicalTrials.gov, the registry run by the U.S. National Library of Medicine, by condition and by city, and show the recruiting US sites nearest to you.

As of the data processed on October 15, 2026, 21,760 studies had at least one recruiting site in the United States.

What we do

  • Refresh recruiting study data from ClinicalTrials.gov twice a day.
  • Keep only US sites marked as recruiting, and measure approximate distances at the city level.
  • Publish condition and city pages only when there are enough recruiting studies to be useful.
  • Link every listing to its official ClinicalTrials.gov record.

What we don't do

  • We are not a study sponsor, a research site or a healthcare provider, and we don't give medical advice.
  • We don't decide who is eligible for a study. Only the study team can.
  • We don't collect your ZIP code or health information. See our privacy policy.

How we make money

Some pages include a link to a partner that matches volunteers with enrolling studies. We may earn a commission if you sign up through it. This never changes which ClinicalTrials.gov listings we show or their order. Read the affiliate disclosure and our editorial policy.
